One path moved quickly through three interviews: two case-focused rounds and a less formal fit conversation with someone from a prospecting team. It was easy to follow and did not feel overly formal.
In a different experience, I was told the first interviewer had not reviewed my CV and thought I might fit another team better. They still gave me a case, but the way my application was being routed felt like a red flag. I was being moved around with less purpose, so I declined the next interview.
Separately, an SAP path had more structured technical case studies on SAP FICO topics, including group reporting and central finance, where I needed to explain the reasoning behind each answer.
I did not receive an offer. When the process was tight and consistently focused, it felt respectful and straightforward. When my CV appeared to be handled carelessly, even a strong case performance did not make the experience feel worthwhile.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
