I expected proper communication, but the process fell apart. I had multiple stages, long waits, and never received the feedback I specifically requested. That left a sour taste, but it was not the only problem.
At one point, I had an appointment and coordinated through messages, but the assigned recruiter did not show up or warn me. A week later, they contacted me abruptly without appointment details. When I could not take the call immediately, I was automatically dropped from the process. The lack of respect for timing was hard to ignore for such an important career step.
Later, another interview request also ended with the recruiter not showing. I emailed to reschedule and ask what happened, then waited days without a real reply. Overall, it was disappointing and frustrating: too much uncertainty, too many coordination problems, and not enough respect after I was already in motion.
