After speaking with the recruiter, the process felt pleasantly well run. They were helpful, explained what the role and team expected, and helped me frame my experience around the opportunity.
The journey included an online application and online assessment. The last major step was a half-day assessment centre with skills, competency, and experience exercises. It was a lot, but the structure consistently tested how I thought, communicated, and connected my background to the work.
I did not get an offer, but I felt I was able to show myself clearly.
