I went through a technical, SAP-focused process. The interviewer went into SAP FICO topics such as group reporting and central finance, and the discussion required real problem solving instead of staying theoretical. Case studies asked me to analyze a situation and explain it technically.
Business-process knowledge also mattered. I was asked about the Order-to-Cash cycle: sales-order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, partner determination, and copy controls, along with common production-support scenarios. We discussed incident handling, requirement analysis, and coordinating with business users when things went wrong.
The experience felt professional and practical, and the difficulty fit that emphasis. I left feeling that hands-on SAP knowledge and troubleshooting mattered most. I did not receive an offer, but I appreciated how closely the evaluation matched real delivery work.
