I had two main rounds and found the process technical and tougher than average. The first was an assessment with two coding questions. The second was a deeper technical interview covering Java, microservices, Redis, DSA-style coding, and Java Streams.
The interviewers seemed serious about evaluating actual problem solving. It felt challenging because I had to work through details, rather than because it was a quick test. I was not selected after the final round.
The experience showed me where my gaps were. Once I got through the assessment, the real evaluation was about core technical depth.
