The interviews were not my biggest issue. I was left hanging afterward. Scheduling dragged on, and I had to keep booking slots almost every week for nearly a month before anything was set. After I finished the interview, HR did not give me a meaningful response. My emails went unanswered, and nobody picked up my phone calls.
Even after I completed rounds and document verification, I still had no update on my status. I kept following up because I had already put in a lot of time, and the silence was the most frustrating part. There were also mismatches around expectations that made the process feel inefficient and not fully aligned with what I had been told earlier.
I did not get an offer. I came away feeling that clarity after an interview matters as much as the interview itself.
