The process was more memorable for its confusion than its technical questions. Evaluation problems felt unclear and unnecessary, and invitations arrived without seeming to lead to anything concrete. I spent a lot of time waiting and checking what was happening.
At one point, an assessment and interview were scheduled, but I never received confirmation or an update that made me confident the interview was still on the calendar. Communication then stalled. Even after I completed rounds, I was later told the system showed something like the position being filled during the process.
I didn't get an offer. I was left with a bitter impression of the internal coordination and candidate tracking. When the steps were so unclear, I didn't feel that even a decent interview performance had a fair route to a clear outcome.
