I went through several stages, and the interviews themselves did not feel like the main problem. The communication afterward did. After completing the assessment and technical interview, I received no real follow-up or next steps. Eventually, my application status changed to "No Longer Under Consideration," and I got an email saying the position was closed, without a clear explanation of why.
That lack of answers showed up both in how the process was described and in how it felt from my side. Reaching the final stage did not seem to guarantee anything, and attempts to contact them did not lead to real conversations. Even when I corrected what the interview should have been about, one interviewer seemed unprepared for the proper enterprise-development focus, which made the experience more uncomfortable.
I was not selected. The most discouraging part was realizing that I might never receive a timely or constructive explanation after investing time across rounds.
