After applying, I first had to complete the Go for Gold experience and earn 2,500 XP points before I could move forward. Then I took an online assessment with quantitative aptitude, gaming-style puzzles, logical reasoning, and more technical aptitude items. The technical portion had two DS questions and SQL queries, plus a frontend-style CSS question and a JavaScript event-listener question.
The next part was more people-focused: a communication round followed by a personal interview. The process felt structured from end to end. The hardest part was the breadth of the online assessment. It covered logic and several small technical areas instead of one topic.
