It did not arrive with the timely communication that would have made the process feel respectful.
Scheduling dragged on too. I had to book interview slots repeatedly for weeks before anything was set. After the interview, HR emails went unanswered and phone calls were not picked up. More than a month passed with no real news even though I had already done the technical step.
The signals were unpredictable. In one case, the evaluations felt confusing and I kept running into strange scheduling and invitation issues. In another, the technical interviewer's attitude made the conversation feel like an interrogation instead of a professional discussion. Even after I cleared all the rounds in one process, I was still waiting for offer-letter confirmation. I felt the system could leave people hanging. The interviews might have been doable, but the lack of communication made the whole experience harder than it should have been.
