I began with a structured early conversation. I introduced myself and went through my resume in detail, especially volunteer work and an internship. We discussed the programming languages and tools I had used, why I was interested in Accenture, and the company's different job levels and what comes with them. That made the call feel more like orientation than a rapid-fire screen.
Afterward, I received a take-home-style assessment to complete on my own time. It included basic programming, object-oriented programming, SQL fundamentals, and logical-reasoning questions that were not coding questions.
It felt straightforward and tailored, but I still needed to refresh OOP and SQL basics to move quickly through it.
