Before the technical conversations, I had a recruiter screen that lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. Then I spoke with someone from a developer background for another 30 to 45 minutes. The final step was behavioral and fell within the same time window per call. The schedule was spread out a little, but the order was organized: recruiter, developer-led technical discussion, then a behavioral interview.
