Repeated communication failures derailed this interview, beginning with the scheduling. They postponed it only hours before the agreed time, and I agreed to meet the next day. When I joined the Microsoft Teams call, I waited to be admitted. Someone let me in after the scheduled time, then immediately left without saying a word.
I sat alone for the entire 30 minutes the interview was supposed to last. I contacted HR while I waited to find out what was happening and received no response. There was no explanation or follow-up afterward either, just silence.
In a separate experience with the company, an interview was cancelled extremely close to its start after I had already passed an earlier step. The repeated late cancellations and lack of meaningful communication made me question how seriously candidates' time was taken. The delay was frustrating, but the lack of closure was worse.
