After I sent my CV and cover letter, I completed a Harver-style recorded-video interview. Each answer allowed only about 30 seconds to prepare and a couple of minutes to speak. Once submitted, I could neither delete nor rewatch it.
There were around eight questions and only one take for each. Some were motivational or brand-focused, while others covered how I work, why I wanted the company, and my day-to-day. The questions themselves were manageable, but the one-shot rule and short preparation time made the format more stressful than it might otherwise have been.
I waited afterward without hearing much and did not receive an offer. The speed and finality of the recordings, more than the questions, were what stayed with me.
Location: Canada. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
