The process started with a recruiter phone call and then an in-person recruiter meeting. I next completed two assessment rounds using material provided ahead of time, one on states and another on logistics knowledge.
After those assessments, I took a knowledge test and had another conversation that included the hiring manager. The sequence had several checkpoints before I moved forward. I received an offer.
