My process had five rounds. It began with an aptitude and reasoning assessment, followed by a group discussion and two technical rounds on programming fundamentals and problem-solving. Project thinking and core programming concepts came up. I was struck by how much the technical work still overlapped with reasoning and how I think, not only what I know.
The final round was HR. We discussed communication, career goals, strengths and weaknesses, teamwork, willingness to relocate, and whether I would sign the service agreement. The interviewers were professional and approachable, and the sequence did not feel chaotic.
I ended without an offer. The selection criteria felt opaque to me: in the group setting, some quieter people appeared to advance while more active people did not. The rounds felt well run, but the result was hard to predict.
Location: Hyderābād. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: no offer.
