My process started with an in-person first round at the Noida office. HR then went quiet for about two weeks, leaving me unsure what was happening. When the same contact returned, they tried to set up a same-day HRBP round.
I already had another interview in Gurgaon, and they proposed that I finish it and come straight to their Gurgaon office. It felt like a circus, more logistical whiplash than thoughtful scheduling, so I politely declined. Roughly another week later I completed an online HRBP interview. The recruiter stopped updating me after that.
The questions were not hard, but I was frustrated because communication and follow-through did not match the seriousness of the process.
