I applied through the website and heard from HR. They arranged a Zoom-style interview, and I later met with the hiring manager.
After that hiring-manager interview, the process went quiet. I followed up but never heard back. The early steps seemed standard, yet there was no closure afterward. If the decision was a rejection, I would have preferred a clear response.
