Before any live interviews, I went through a mini-lecture series covering trading and options basics. There were three lectures, each paired with an online quiz that I had to complete before moving on. The process felt selective because only the top performers on those quizzes were chosen for the interview round, although they never explained exactly how the "top" threshold was determined.
I then entered an options-focused path that led to a difficult final round. The final stage centered heavily on probability questions, with unusual twists that went beyond textbook problems. During the timed evaluation, I also encountered some lifestyle-style questions, which made the round feel like it was testing more than mathematical fluency.
I didn't receive an offer. The structure, learning through lectures first and then tackling difficult probability questions with scenario twists, made the process feel coherent but exhausting. By the end, I understood what they were evaluating: the quality of my reasoning and my composure, rather than speed alone.
