I went through an OA and then a series of technical rounds that ended with a demanding final day. The initial HackerRank assessment was followed by an exchange-engine-style coding focus in a later interview, where I had to implement a simplified version and explain what I was doing as I went.
By the final stage, the interviews were intense and back-to-back. There were four in a row, including technical questions, a system design component, and then a mix of fit and technical checks. The pace kept me switching between coding-style thinking and broader architectural discussion.
Before that final stage, the intermediate round also mixed quick setup with longer problem-solving. One assessment lasted about 45 minutes and included a self-introduction plus several HackerRank questions, including something like LRU. The questions tended to be longer and took time just to understand, rather than feeling like straightforward LeetCode prompts.
I didn't end up getting an offer. Still, I walked out feeling that the process was coherent. The different rounds mapped fairly clearly to the kinds of engineering work they cared about, even though the result wasn't what I wanted.
