My process started with a HackerRank online assessment and quickly moved into several technical interviews. The first programming question didn’t feel like a typical LeetCode problem. It was more like a medium-level simulation, and it pushed me to think about how the system behaved instead of simply deriving a clean algorithm.
After the assessment, I went through four technical interview rounds. The questions leaned heavily toward C++, including STL and lower-level optimization, and there was also a strong networking component. The rounds felt fair, though they clearly targeted real engineering depth.
The final step paired HR with the CTO and focused on behavioral questions. Overall, it felt like a structured funnel, with technical depth up front and a final leadership and fit discussion at the end. I left with the impression that the bar wasn’t random. Each stage tested a specific part of what the role required.
