I started with a brief introductory conversation focused on my CV. The hiring-manager conversation was straightforward: we spent about 20 minutes reviewing my background and discussing my perspective based on what I had written.
I later had a separate conversation about motivation and intent. The questions were meant to understand who I was, why I wanted the position, and how serious I was about it. The recruiter was available for questions and clarifications, and the tone stayed open and friendly.
One later step was a 30-minute conversation with the office lead. I remember that they were on time and listened closely while I spoke. I did not receive an offer, but the rounds felt low-pressure and respectful, mostly driven by my CV and culture or intent questions.
Location: Hong Kong. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
