The process followed a standard progression: an introductory call, a second getting-to-know-you interview, and finally a technical interview. The idea was to understand who I was first, then test my technical skills.
In the early conversations, I discussed my university path, internship experience, and thesis. They also asked what interested me and why I wanted this type of role. The technical interview was presented as the point where my capabilities would be tested, with questions connected to the experience I had already described.
Overall, the process separated general fit from practical assessment and felt average in difficulty. I did not receive an offer, but the process stayed organized and the stages felt clearly separated.
Location: Turin. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
