I started with a recruiter call about my background, then had an online interview with the business manager. We discussed my experience and skills, how I wanted to learn and grow, and the company itself. I had about ten minutes to introduce myself before the questions began.
The difficulty felt medium, but I did not feel under pressure. The pace was mainly conversational and focused on whether my profile was a good fit. In this interview, at least, there was no real deep technical discussion.
I did not receive an offer. I came away with the sense that the selection was more about understanding who I was and how I reasoned than about a more rigorous technical assessment.
Location: United Kingdom. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
