Alten Software Engineer interview experience: two HR phone calls

I started with two HR phone calls. The first explored my profile and directed the application; the second was meant to arrange an appointment where I could demonstrate my skills. Organizational problems stopped the application before it continued.

I cannot really describe it as a completed evaluation because I never reached the stages where my skills would have been tested. Once the calendar broke down, the process seemed to end quickly. I never received a real result, and that missing continuity was what stood out.
