The process had three clear parts. After an introductory recruiter conversation, I had another discussion focused on getting to know me as a person. Then came a technical interview that tested my skills more directly. The difficulty was about average. It was not an intense grilling, but it was more than small talk.
The order stood out to me: personal fit first, then ability. I had expected lighter questions, yet the technical round did put my skills under real scrutiny, so it felt more substantial than a simple screen.
The format and progression were straightforward, but I did not receive an offer. I still felt the company had a reasonable way to look at both my background and technical ability, even though it was not the right match on their side.
Location: Turin. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
