After a recruiter call, I went through an organized and transparent process. The early stage covered my background, then I met the team manager for a technical conversation about .NET, Angular, problem solving, and how I communicate and collaborate on past projects. The tone stayed friendly and professional, and I got timely feedback after each stage.

I had manager and technical interviews, then a culture-fit conversation about motivation and career goals. Compensation came up more formally in later rounds. The process also included a customer-side interaction and ended with a contract review. It kept moving without dragging, and I felt they were aligning the role and expectations instead of simply selling it.

I received an offer. The interviews were comfortable while still substantive, and the whole experience moved efficiently.

Location: Vietnam. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
