Analog Devices Software Engineer Interview Experience: Supportive panel discussion

The interview flow was friendly and low-friction. The conversations felt welcoming from the start, without any sense that people were trying to catch me off guard. I spoke with a small panel, and the questions focused more on my background than on deep technical material.

After a quick first step with a manager, I had a longer technical interview with multiple people from the group. The pace was manageable, and there was some leeway in how I answered technical questions. The atmosphere remained supportive and did not feel punitive or adversarial.

I did not receive an offer, but it still felt like a straightforward evaluation rather than a competition against traps or deliberate difficulty.

Location: London, England. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
