I went through a recruiter screen first, followed by conversations with managers and a panel-style component. The process felt fairly standard for sales, with a clear sequence from one step to the next. The recruiting team communicated well, and the overall tone was professional. The people I spoke with were generally nice.
The more intense part was the live sales work. I completed a timed, scenario-based exercise focused on prospecting and discovery, along with a role-play that tested whether I could run a call and respond in the moment. The interviewers also asked behavioral questions about how I would react in sales situations.
I didn't move forward after the final steps. When I left the last round, I felt the evaluation didn't match my performance as closely as I'd expected, and the final interactions hadn't gone as smoothly as the earlier ones. The process itself was coherent, but it ended with a result I didn't want.
