I went through a multi-stage technical process that felt difficult, and one version was held back by the quality of the interviews.
I was told the pipeline included an online assessment, an HR interview, technical interviews with an engineering manager and senior engineer, another engineering manager interview from a different office, and finally a VP interview.
Another account described a CodeSignal assessment with multiple questions, followed by a recruiter screen and a virtual onsite with three especially difficult rounds. That felt particularly hard for someone without job experience in system design.
In another version, there was a recruiter call, a 90-minute CodeSignal take-home-style task to implement a file system in phases, and a virtual onsite with two system design sessions, a pair-programming session, and two behavioral rounds. I also received quick follow-up feedback.
One process included CodeSignal coding followed by a Flask web app for booking airplane tickets, backed by PostgreSQL tables. Another used an online or telephonic exam format in which the interviewers had technical gaps. That process ended in rejection.
I didn't receive an offer. The later technical bar, especially system design and structured exercises, can be challenging, and the experience was sometimes uneven.
Location: Singapore. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
