From the recruiter call onward, the process moved quickly, though it was also confusing at times. I met multiple interviewers, including hiring managers and people from different functions. Some of them seemed impatient, as if they were looking for a specific "sales-ready" trait instead of trying to get to know me conversationally. The recruiter was nice, but the introductions and context weren’t as clear as I expected, especially for the junior sales track I was in.
The structure still gave me a sense of what they were looking for. The process had a growth-phase feel, and the interviewers were open about where the company was going. That made some of the conversations more informative instead of purely procedural. I also got the impression that being very prepared and organized for the mock discovery call mattered a lot. Timing and readiness were important.
I didn’t get an offer. Some parts of the loop felt well-intentioned and transparent, but the impatient interviewing and feeling of being passed around without proper context left me uneasy about how smooth the candidate experience really was.
