My interview had a small set of core stages: recruiter coordination, two technical interviews, and a manager round. The problems were medium overall, with some harder follow-ups that required me to stay sharp after I thought I’d settled into the first question.
I had a generally positive impression of the process. The recruiters were responsive and supportive, and it took only a few weeks from my first interview to the final decision. I spoke with two recruiters, and both interactions felt smooth and encouraging. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the process itself didn’t feel adversarial or disorganized.
After the last manager conversation, I got the same result as others in this process: I wasn’t moving forward. My honest reflection is that I appreciated the coordination and the way the interviews were run, but I still didn’t fully clear the technical bar, especially with the harder follow-ups.
Location: Poland. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
