Overall, I had a positive experience, although one part bothered me: I had to take an online numerical test. I understood it as a screening tool, but in 2026 it felt somewhat outdated.
Apart from that, the process went well and I kept a good impression through the stages. I received an offer in the end, despite the friction of that numerical assessment.
My reflection is simple. I could see the value in the process, but the numerical test still felt out of step with the time, and that stayed with me while I completed it. It worked out for me, but it was memorable in an unpleasant way.
