I had a very good process, beginning with friendly and professional interviewers. It started with a phone screen, then two case-interview rounds with a partner and a senior associate.
Near the end, there was a final round covering fit and problem-solving skills. It was a direct way to understand how I thought, how I explained my reasoning, and how my experience related to day-to-day challenges.
