My process started with a straightforward recruiter conversation, followed by a small number of follow-ups rather than a long gauntlet. I had been in contact with the hiring side early on, and after a conversation they sent me an application link and connected me with the recruiting team. The conversations stayed professional and focused heavily on my cybersecurity sales background and how it fit with the company's goals.
The next round was with a regional director-level leader. The tone was engaging and centered more on my experience than on trick questions. At one point, the process seemed to move quickly. I was told there would be a second interview with the hiring manager followed by a later panel, but after the recruiter touchpoint I was moved directly into the final panel stage.
I didn't receive an offer. What stayed with me was the contrast between the smooth, professional conversations and the occasional scheduling and process problems around who showed up and when. The questions were normal, and the experience made the role feel real, but the timing and transitions didn't work fully in my favor.
Location: Austin, TX. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
