I started with a quick recruiter call and moved through the next steps quickly. The process felt straightforward, with short, focused conversations instead of anything especially technical. I was asked behavioral questions and general cybersecurity questions, with the discussion returning to my motivation, what I wanted from the role, and how my experience matched the business’s needs.
One important part was meeting with sales management and going through a structured set of interviews where we had a two-way conversation about my background. The interviewers were generally professional, and the process followed a clear sequence: recruiter screen, followed by interviews about fit and sales fundamentals. The formats were lighter than I expected, and I never felt I had to go very deep to make my point.
I didn’t receive an offer, and I wasn’t blindsided by that. I left thinking it was a "serious company" process with a sales focus, although it didn’t get me across the finish line this time.
Location: Pune. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
