The experience felt frustratingly unprofessional from the start. After the initial recruiter step, the conversations did not seem organized, and the tone sometimes felt more like a lecture than an interview. One recruiter was overly pedantic and barely asked about my motivation or background. At other points, the hiring manager seemed rushed and disengaged, as though they were not listening to my answers.
The final stages were the hardest emotionally. The atmosphere felt pressured and uncomfortable, with little effort to build rapport. Communication also fell apart. I was promised a follow-up after investing a lot of time, but received nothing. I had to chase an update after expecting movement within a week, and then I was ignored.
I never got an offer, and the process left a bad taste. Bringing energy and preparation did not seem to change how I was treated. I would not want to spend that kind of time again on such a disjointed, non-candidate-focused process.
