A friendly recruiter started the process and explained each step during the call and in follow-up emails. The interviewers used CoderPad, and I appreciated that the process felt structured and respectful.
The 45-minute technical screen focused on debugging. I worked with code that loaded and modified data from a CSV, then worked through failing test cases until they passed.
After that, I had a hiring manager screen that felt more like a team-fit conversation than a stress test. The virtual onsite lasted about 2.5 hours in one block. It included an hour of LeetCode-style algorithm questions, with several problems where getting a working solution mattered more than finding the optimal approach. Next was a one-hour system design interview in the healthcare domain. I wrote the design in Markdown in CoderPad without diagram tools. The final 30 minutes were behavioral questions in the traditional STAR format.
Overall, the experience felt coherent and fairly collaborative. Having time to ask questions at the end of each interview also made it feel less performative. I didn’t get an offer.
