I expected a fairly normal process, but it felt discouraging almost immediately. During the recruiter call, there was a long monologue and very little meaningful interaction. When it ended, I felt the decision had already been made. I was doing account work in my current role, so being told I was not "pure" enough for the job landed badly, especially when there was no room for questions.
The lack of follow through made it worse. In a later situation, I was told I would receive feedback if the process continued, but after the interview there was silence even after I followed up. Timing and communication felt chaotic and disrespectful of the time I had invested. When I eventually reached deeper stages, I saw how much the tone depended on who was in the room. One later interview ended quickly, felt disconnected from earlier rounds, and used generic questions. I also heard of cases where interviewers could not remember the process or feedback requests went unanswered. It made the whole experience feel like a loop without closure.
I did not get an offer, and frustration was what stayed with me. Even when someone was friendly, the overall process could still fail candidates through unclear communication and decisions that did not feel transparent.
