I had a relatively short, structured process that began with an HR screen, followed by one technical interview and then a superday. The interviewers were thoughtful and easy to talk to, and they seemed willing to give feedback throughout the process.
The technical portion focused on quantitative thinking. It didn't feel like they were trying to trick me with obscure material. The goal seemed to be showing that I could reason through the basics. I introduced myself first, then answered questions connected to my background. The final step included a brief brain teaser, but it carried very little weight compared with the rest of the process.
By the end, I felt the process had been efficient and more approachable than I expected, even though it still required real competence in the quantitative areas they tested. I didn't get an offer, but the experience didn't leave a bad taste because the rounds felt coherent and respectful.
Location: London, England. Overall feedback: Neutral. Offer status: No offer.
