I started with a timed online math and probability assessment. The questions felt genuinely hard, and the time limit was strict. My impression was that it tested how quickly I could work through probability mechanics. When I didn't make it through that stage, the process effectively ended there.
In another attempt, I got further and kept running into probability and options concepts. After an initial HR step, I had technical interviews where I was expected to be strong in probability and option intuition. What threw me off was the change in emphasis. I was told that option theory was something they taught and wasn't required, but later I was questioned about it more directly in a separate interview. The people I met were friendly, although the focus felt inconsistent. I left unsure how well my understanding matched what they wanted to see.
