I found the process messy from the start. It began through job-portal connections with an HR call where the speaker talked so fast that I struggled to take in the details. I filled out a form with my available times, but the interview was scheduled around the interviewer's convenience instead.
The technical interview was the one clearly positive part. The interviewer was friendly and professional, and I felt I did well. Later, I received an email saying I had cleared the first round and needed to attend a face-to-face second round. The message was casual enough that I questioned whether it was genuine. I contacted the HR person listed on the invitation to check, but received no reply.
Because I was uncertain, I did not immediately confirm attendance. The second round was then scheduled again without checking my availability. The day before it, another HR representative called but did not seem to understand my concern about the mismatched contact. My earlier feedback emails also went unanswered. The technical discussion went well, but the process management and communication made the experience stressful and disappointing.
