My interview began with a virtual screening call set up as a timed DSA round of about 30 minutes. Technical questions covered Java, Spring Boot, system design, and my AI experience.
They described a next step for selected candidates: an HR manager call to discuss compensation, role, and location before a final offer. They said the offer would be released within a week after that stage and estimated the full process at roughly a couple of weeks.
The AI-driven virtual technical interview stood out because one follow-up built on an answer I had already given. It felt like a real technical discussion rather than a fixed questionnaire. The process was organized, but I did not receive an offer. I came away thinking that structure alone does not guarantee a positive result when part of the technical fit does not land.
