Finacle Consultant HR, two technical rounds, and hiring-manager discussion

I had a straightforward sequence: an HR screening, two technical interviews, and a discussion with the hiring manager. Every step felt professional and friendly. The interviewers gave me time to think, which made it easier to stay calm. The technical conversations covered my past experience, the problems I had worked on, and my approach to problem solving. One round returned to resume-based work,…

Finacle Full Stack Engineer virtual technical interview experience

My interview began with a virtual screening call set up as a timed DSA round of about 30 minutes. Technical questions covered Java, Spring Boot, system design, and my AI experience. They described a next step for selected candidates: an HR manager call to discuss compensation, role, and location before a final offer. They said the offer would be released within a week after that stage and estimat…

Finacle Full Stack Engineer interview: unclear scheduling and second-round uncertainty

I found the process messy from the start. It began through job-portal connections with an HR call where the speaker talked so fast that I struggled to take in the details. I filled out a form with my available times, but the interview was scheduled around the interviewer's convenience instead. The technical interview was the one clearly positive part. The interviewer was friendly and professional…

Software Engineer interview at Finacle: backend fundamentals and poor conduct

My technical round covered JavaScript and Node.js, real-time-style problems, SQL, and React basics. One practical coding task involved transactions and locking. The questions generally connected web and server-side fundamentals back to my resume and the role. The atmosphere was not consistently constructive. In one experience, an interviewer laughed when I struggled, which made the discussion fee…

Finacle Consultant interview: agentic frameworks and RAG

After a recruiter call, I was scheduled for two technical rounds. They focused on whether I understood agentic frameworks and how I would build RAG pipelines. A couple of basic programming questions kept the conversation practical rather than overly theoretical. The second round returned to day-to-day work. I discussed async and await, microservices, and work I had built at my previous company. T…

Finacle Software Engineer interview: Java, Spring Boot, and reasoning

The technical discussion focused on Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Azure, and Terraform, then shifted into project-based scenarios. I explained how my project was implemented, the approach I used, and my own contribution. After introducing myself, I worked through a DSA problem by describing a brute-force solution and then an optimized one. The conversation also covered operating systems, OOP, networks,…

Finacle Software Engineer interview: campus DSA, SQL, and systems topics

I interviewed on campus for about an hour with two interviewers. The first asked me to solve DSA questions using LeetCode and also covered SQL. The second went into dynamic programming, how a database connects to a backend, APIs, microservices, and questions based on my resume, including altered versions of my own coding rounds. I also discussed merge sort, trees, graphs, React, MERN, and HTTP me…

Finacle Software Engineer interview experience: microphone failure before assessment

This attempt was brief because I was rejected at a pre-assessment stage. Before the second rejection appeared, a technical problem disrupted the first interview attempt: my microphone did not work, and that seemed to derail the process immediately. I later received follow-up communication with a survey/interview step, but I could not move forward. It felt as if the outcome was decided early by th…

What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.

Share your own

Every published experience earns 50 XP, and each of the first 3 likes it receives in a day earns you 10 XP more. Likes must come from established accounts; like-for-like swaps and likes from your own second account are not paid. Write it while the details are fresh — the round order, the exact prompts, and how much time you were given are what the next reader needs.
