This attempt was brief because I was rejected at a pre-assessment stage. Before the second rejection appeared, a technical problem disrupted the first interview attempt: my microphone did not work, and that seemed to derail the process immediately.
I later received follow-up communication with a survey/interview step, but I could not move forward. It felt as if the outcome was decided early by the setup rather than by my technical readiness. I was frustrated that the discussion never had a fair chance to play out.
