The process was smooth and low-stress, and the panel made a point of keeping it comfortable. It started with a recruiter screen, then team interviews. I discussed prior experience and roles, along with behavioral questions about strengths and weaknesses, time management, and working under tighter schedules.

The technical discussion was practical rather than theoretical. I covered core finance and accounting concepts in relation to my resume and how my background would fit daily work. I was also asked why I wanted to work there. The team was relaxed enough that the conversation felt more like a discussion than an interrogation.

The process was easy to follow from application through the final interview. It did not drag, and the friendly, responsive people made it manageable while still asking real questions about my experience and knowledge. I left genuinely interested in working with them.

Location: Dublin, Dublin. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: Got offer.
