Business Analyst interview at First Trust Capital Management: concise virtual discussion

After my application was reviewed, I received an email confirmation and a call to set up the virtual interview. I spoke with two people for about half an hour about role-relevant knowledge, my current process, and challenges I faced. They also asked whether I could work an EMEA shift.

In a similar flow, HR scheduled a technical round after an assessment, with two interviewers. Neither account described the difficulty as extreme. It was a focused check of relevant knowledge and how I explained my work. I did not receive an offer, but the expectations were clear and the concise format kept the uncertainty from dragging on.
