My experience with FNZ felt less like a clean interview and more like a process that drifted after I had already done the work. I made it through multiple rounds, technical and HR, and the recruiter collected documents and told me that an offer letter would be released. It looked as if things were moving forward.
Then communication disappeared. I waited, followed up, and did not get the transparency I expected. There were similar problems elsewhere in the process: after a screening call, I was sometimes left without links or next steps, and recruiters promised feedback that never arrived. At one point, I felt I was being moved through interviews even though there had been early signs that the decision was heading the wrong way.
It was frustrating because the lack of follow-through made the effort feel pointless. I did not receive an offer, and the uncertainty after the interviews damaged my trust more than any difficult question could have.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
