What I remember most is the chaos around the process rather than the questions. After recruiter contact, scheduling took weeks of chasing, and the call eventually ran late. It ended positively, with an indication that I would move forward once the team returned from vacation. After that came a long run of generic follow-ups that did not explain what was happening.
The process included recruiter and role-focused interviews and an online HireVue-style screen with a handful of prompts. I introduced myself, discussed project takeaways and client or customer servicing experience, and answered behavioral questions about stakeholder management, multiple priorities, and why the position and company interested me.
Communication stayed inconsistent. I was told I had positive feedback and would advance, then later asked whether there would be enough business in my chosen area and whether I would work elsewhere. I did not receive an offer. I felt I could handle the content, but the unclear follow-through and changing messages made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be.
Location: Boston, MA. Overall feedback: Negative. Offer status: No offer.
