I began with a roughly fifteen-minute recruiter phone screen. I introduced myself, discussed expected salary, and talked about whether I had collaborated on studies with industries beyond my university.
Later rounds mixed consulting work with business judgment. I handled a brief market-sizing question, a more formal case approach, and behavioral questions throughout. The rhythm was talk, case, then another case or fit conversation. The math mattered, but explaining how I would approach a market problem mattered too.
HR and the interviewers ran a deliberate sequence, though parts of it felt opaque. I did not get an offer, but the questions seemed reasonable. I came away thinking clear business reasoning and moving quickly through a case both mattered.
